Client Agreement & Disclaimer

By booking and participating in any services offered through Healing Wellspring LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Services

All sessions provided are faith-based coaching, spiritual guidance, and prayer support. These services are intended for personal and spiritual growth and are not psychotherapy, clinical counseling, mental health treatment, or medical services.

2. No Licensed Medical or Mental Health Care

You understand and agree that I am not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical provider. Services provided are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

3. Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own choices, decisions, actions, and well-being before, during, and after all sessions. You acknowledge that no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

4. No Emergency or Crisis Services

These services are not designed for emergency, crisis, or acute mental health situations. If you are experiencing a medical or psychological emergency, you agree to seek immediate assistance from appropriate emergency or licensed professionals.

5. Spiritual Nature of Services

Some sessions may include prayer, biblical discussion, and spiritual reflection. Participation in any prayer or spiritual practices is voluntary and based on your personal comfort and beliefs.

6. Confidentiality

All personal information shared in sessions is kept confidential to the extent permitted by law. Confidentiality may only be broken if required by law, including situations involving risk of harm to self or others.

7. Agreement to Terms

By booking any session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in this agreement, thus fully indemnifying The Healing Wellspring Coaching LLC.
